Banana Pepper Hot Sauce
- 6 banana peppers, seeded and chopped
- 6 jalapenos, chopped and seeded
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cups apple cider vinigar
- 2 tsp kosher salt

Heat oil in the large pan.

Add onion, banana peppers, jalapeños to the pan and sauté it until it’s soft.

Let it cool and transfer the mixture to a high speed blender.

Add garlic, tomato paste, water, vinegar and salt to the blender and blend it until smooth.
